Song Classification Folk/Rock/Minimalist?

This is another song that will be on my CD. What would you classify this song as. Also, are there any improvements that can be made? I used a bit of the minimalist style, but am not sure if this would be folk or rock. Your constructive comments are greatly appreciated.
