Please help EM-U 1212m sampling rates

I just got a 1212m audio card and installed it along with my waveterminal 192x which is working great. I record at 24 bit 96 on the 192x but Sonar 4 Producer does not recognize the higher sampling rates on my 1212m it only goes up to 41khz I've installed the latest drivers but still has not fixed this. The 1212m works fine in Sound Forge at all sample rates up to 192khz but I just can't get Sonar to see the higher sampling rates the 192x uses ewdm drivers

    i suspect you may be using the WDM/KS driver instead of
    the ASIO one. You can check this in the
    Options->Audio->Advanced dialog. Make sure driver
    mode is ASIO.
    You may have to restart Sonar if you change it . and then
    set the recording and playback masters to your 1212m. If you
    hit the "ASIO Panel" button on the first tab in the dialog, then
    you can set the sample rate from the Emu ASIO control
    panel ... which as I recall is a remarkably complicated
    utility.

    my asio drivers are showing up bu they're ghosted out so I can't select them
    I got some playback after I went into the dsp software and started a new session at 24 bit 96 khz I'm running sonar 4 producer with update 2 things seem to work fine in sound forge ?

    is sonar the only application you are running (besides the Emu DSP thing)?
    if so, the drivers should be available to Sonar when it's running (not
    greyed out).

    you can't run both cards simultaneously (they have different drivers) in ASIO mode, a limitation of ASIO (but the new ASIO 2.1 will run multiple cards?) but you should be able to run the EMU with the 192 greyed out instead (but how good an idea is that?) - it's "either/or" w/ASIO, thankyousteinbergandapplemac

    you can run both simultaneously in WDM mode but it sounds like the EMU is low-res? do the driversr support 24/96 recording in WDM? i know there's been a bunch of talk about them WDM drivers round these parts...
