Why? Did you get Music Creator for free? Is it a legal copy? I'm not so quick to throw away money on software if I can't get it to work.
What are your computer's specs? What version of Windows are you using? Need more info.
What are the messages that you are getting? If you'd pay attention to the message you get, you could do a search on the internet for that message and perhaps find an easy answer. I've solved many problems that way.
Go to Start-Run and enter dxdiag. That will run the DirectX diagnostics. Perhaps you have a conflict or a problem.
BTW. there is a Music Creator Forum. This forum is for the product called Home Studio.
