P5 2.01 vertical zoom

The vertical zoom is still doing wacky things. Frequently I try to vertically zoom in or out and the four direction arrow thing does not appear. I have to find it somewhere other then where it's suppose to be. Cake is this my system or was it your intention for the vertical zoom to act this way?
