Can't download documents

Can anyone help I have registered Project5 V 2 and been able to download the latest update. However when I try to download documents I get 530 Login Incorrect

Oh and I think Project5 V 2 is nothing short of brilliant it has to be the most intuiative software I have ever used. great stuff.

    Same here - it was like this yesterday, I think it's a server config thing.

    Cakewalk is aware of the problem...René notified the folk over the weekend. Don't know when it will be fixed by I suspect it would operational by the end of the day (hopefully)...

    Thanks Techead. These things happen. I had a problem using ASIO Drivers in Project5 with my Yamaha SW1000XG Soundard and received a reply back from Cakewalk within 2 Hours. Tweaked the Justify in Audio Options and bingo.

    No complaints from me on Cakewalk Service.

    Yeah, that is a really common question. That is why I put some info about it on the Wiki. Cakewalk also makes mention of it in their README.RTF in the Project5 program folder.

    The interface I used didn't need to have the setting changed at all, but quite a few other P5ers have found that they need to adjust this setting to sound correctly.

    Just to bump:

    Web links to files & documents on the FTP server are dead - "login error 530"
    This is also true when using an FTP client - error 530
    This is true whether using passive or active mode - error 530

    I mailed whoever using Adam's link on the Sonar forum
