How to change pitch of entire project

I'm trying to understand how project pitch works. Does it take the pitch of the first loop inserted and use that as the project pitch? If so, will changing that loop transpose all loops added? Is there a way to change the pitch of an entire project if I've already made changes to several loop properties?

Right click on the marker bar (measure indicator). Insert a new marker. It allows you to set the pitch. It looks like by default, the project is always in the key of C unless you change it.
