What format is it in, is the question, if it is a wave file, WMA, or an MP3 then open an audio track and then go to file/import audio and it should work. To determine what it is find the file in tha folder and then place the curso over it and it should pop up with file data.

    Or -
while you play the tune back in media player, record it into an armed audio track in Music Creator.

In other words, if you can hear it - you can record it.

open MC, add an audio track, arm the track, set the tracks input to the sound card, hit record on MC, hit play on Media player, it should work.

If the file is corrupt, then you might need to use another program to convert it to WMA

    Robo is Correcto again.

You are recording your playback and the file format of the original file is unimportant.

In other words, if you can hear it - you can record it.
