HELP in creating per project audio files

hey guys i need some insight in creating a PPaudio files , i understand how to enable it and to set the default directory, but what happens next? does Sonar create my PP audio folder in the location path or do i have to create it my self and the sub folder for the audio? what do they mean by set the location and audio paths on pg 163 of the manual yet they said that sonar updates the paths on pg 622 can any one tell me what happens and what to do.

    if you are starting a new project, when you save it and type in the name you will see it create the default project and audio path. If it is an existing project, and you want to resave it, then it is a little more complicated. You will have to hit save as, and then type in (navigate) where you want the new project and audio to go.
