Problems updating / ftp down?

I am trying to download the patches for all of my versions of Sonar and the connection keeps timing out. I am entering my name serial number and email address which then lets me through to the download page. But nothing will download. I have contacted support, tried using three different PCS but nothing. Any ideas please?
