Does anyone recall a link to loop-disk review?

A while back, maybe, say a month or two ago, someone posted a link to a review of disks containing loops. The article started off by saying that there are many, many disks out there, and went into a review of the best of breed. I'd love to read that article, but have forgotten the website.
