Your synth track has a little box with a number '1' in it....press and hold your mouse button while moving it forward or back and the output number will change. When you have the output channel you want, double click it to activate it...do this for all the outputs you need and providing you have set up Attack correctly, all your drum sounds will be on separate channels.

I do understand this but, when selecting "bypass" and enable all outputs (4) I then click on that output number and double click it to activate it (not greyed out anymore). When In Attack, I click that the kick should be on "3-4" nothing comes in. Now if I should get this working I still wondering how I make another waldorf with a output "2" where i can put the snare. In Sonar you jyst make another audio track, route the input to Attack and the output to "output "3-4" etc. This is so frustrating. I am just wondering if!? it can be done? Loading a second waldorf instrument isn't the way it should be done, i hope?

I don't have Attack so I can't comment on that specifically, but from what you are saying (and my experience with other vsti that use a similar output setup), Attack output 1-2 = output 1 in P5; Attack output 3-4 = output 2, Attack output 5-6 = output 3 in P5 etc...

I assume the above was what you meant by the 'second part'?

No that was the first part;) Now i now how to get a kick on output two. now I want a snare on output 3. Now In Attack I can set it this way. but in Project 5 i can set the output to 2 (kick) or 3 (snare). At tne moment I have now a track in the matrix view with two layers. On layer one plays a kick clip. on layer two a snare clip. But there is only one "point" in this Attack track where I can set the output, either 2 (kick) or 3 (snare). I hope I make my self clear

pfff i got it. when changing the output with the mouse the inspector view changes so different affect can be applied this way and i thought it was easier that sonar. project 5 is much more transparant but in sonar 4 you can see more what you are doing and what is done. ok gonne play with it now
