maintain now time

When I play back my project I have a problem keeping the Now Time where I stop the song. It goes back to the start of the project. I would like it to stay put so that I can restart from where I stopped it. How do I i get it to do this?

    Use Ctrl-Spacebar to freeze the Now Time at its current position, or you can change that behavior in Options/Global.
