Importing/exporting from GT Pro to Sonar 4

Help,

Just upgraded my whole system and want to bring files from my laptop with GT Pro to my new desktop with Sonar 4. What is the best way?

I tried to figure it out but I'm getting frustrated

Thanxs

Best way is to have the two systems on your home network and just copy the files over across the network. Other options are:
    Diskette
    CD
    DVD
USB Memory card / Compact Flast / Smartcard

I put the cakewalk bundle files on a cd and opened them in sonar. The console settings were there but the audio wasn't. What did I do wrong?
