Setting up Click for multiple time signature tune

Can anyone let me in on the best way to setup a metronome so that it follows time and tempo changes and is there a way to have the metronome count in triplets in certain sections if I want? Thanks for any help.

    Insert > meter/key change... or insert > tempo change...

    Sonar's metronome will follow the changes you insert throughout the piece. There's no option for triplets as far as I know (anyone else?), so you would have to record/program a dedicated click-track. HTH
