You'll need a video capture card that will accept signal from your VCR (S-Video, Composite, Component, etc..) Create a standard MPEG or AVI file from it. As long as you can play it in Windows Media Player, you'll be able to burn a video DVD using Cakewalk's Pyro Plus.
