Differences between HS2XL and SonarHS4XL?

Hi everyone. I've watched the videos and read the literature. Is it worth it to upgrade at this time? Looks like the differences are mainly just in the look of it with a few extra functions (e.g. track presets, icons) and some extra toys (e.g. sfz, Square I). I already have tons of the toys via VST instruments I've collected. Anyone who's gone from HS2XL to SonarHS4XL care to comment on any key differences I should know about and opinions on whether I should just wait until the NEXT upgrade rolls around?

This question has been asked at least 3 times in the last few months. Do us all a favor and search through old posts.

I know - you guys who are always on here love that stuff, huh? Let me ask this way, then. I actually did try searching this forum using all variations of key words and wasn't coming up with anything. Do you suggest I maybe search by date in the time frame of the release (I believe it was around July)? The volume of posts on here sometimes makes it hard to extract info that was probably discussed awhile back.

Forget it, that worked - I was searching a little too recently. Thanks, anyway.

It is definitely worth the upgrade price. Sonar HS 4 runs much better even on my under powered computer. (P 3 750) Not only is the audio engine better but the graphics and screen re-draws are much more efficient.

Technically CAL is not supported in Home Studio, but it is there if you press CTRL-F1, I believe. There is no documentation on CAL in Home Studio at all.
