Problem with SONAR 3 [recording]

i'm new here so hello to everyone
i got a problem with my sonar3(with recording)
it goes like this:
i export a wav. track that i've created in project5(drums) to one track, and I want to record a guitar (plugged directly in "microphone")track...so i click on the record icon and i when I begin recording(on the second track), the drum track automatically records itself on the guitar track(with a slight delay)... so could anyone tell me what to do to record everything in separate tracks? (can't even use the equaliser on guitar coz it's being recorded with the drums on 1 track)

turn off that "WHAT U HEAR" thing in your SB card/onboard generic soundcard

(select the line-in in Recording options of your mixer)

Much fun with ours to natural resound! <G>
