Melodyne..HElp

Hello. I just spent a couple of hours pitch adjusting in melodyne...then I exported the track...and realized that the tempo exported is not correct. I did not want melodyne to screw with my damned tempo...it was fine...is there any way to tell it this??

Edit: Actually...it seems to start and stop at the same time...but the vocals now do not match the beat very well at all. What the hell happend? It sounds like the vocals are all around the beat and not hitting the beat. Yet the vocal track is of the same length.

Edit 2: Ok...never mind...it looks like I am going insane after all. Let this thread die.
