Coffee House

Is anyone having trouble accessing the Coffee House or is it just me. It's not even coming up in my forum list.

I wonder how long before this gets moved to the "Off-Topic" forum. The mods wouldn't do a thing to the trolls over several months, but they'll be damned if you post something off-topic! There's a topic from the Sonar forum like this one that got moved in not even an hour! Self-righteous fascist bastards.

Will the Songs forum slowly turn into a Coffeehouse?

Not if those mods get in here. They seem to only be worried about the Sonar forum. We wouldn't want any potential customers that may be checking out the Sonar forum to be discouraged by us disgruntled customers, now would be?

I'm gone for a few good months, and then suddenly the coffeehouse is gone! Mega sad **** man... WE WANT IT BACK!

No seriously... ok, so i wasn't here when apparently when everyone started going really freaky and stuff, but damn... the coffeehouse had some good discussions! It was a nice place to hear about music experiences, advice from others, what to do with CD's, how to make an album, whats a good guitar, how this how that? Goddamn it!

Having bookmarked many things in the Coffeehouse, I'd like to ask:

o Where is a good alternative place to go that we can't be locked out of.

o Why contribute here, when your contribution could be lost by an administrative decision?

With rather insignificant matters such as this one, hindsight is of little worth but I think the problem became that the crap threads crowded out the decent stuff and in a case of "adverse selection" good people were more and more avoiding the CH which just worsened the situation. The good thing is that we no longer have to spend precious time arguing over whether it's Football, Futbol or Soccer.
