    Jack:

I couldn't get the mp3 to work. So I went to your myspace and listened. Have you checked out soundclick.com?

The song sounds good, but the intro bit is a little rough, IMHO. If you are going for a fade in, why not just fade it in? It sounds too off and may turn listeners off before they get to the song itself.

Some of the gtr fills are somewhat thin. The solo work was cool. The song has great potential and a unique style.

    Jeff.

I used to love me some pinewood derby, never won though. This is a cool song, sort of Elephant 6 style. The female vocalist sounds nice, but it seems like the vocals are a little back in the mix. Maybe tweak the balance or try some compression to bring it out.

but the intro bit is a little rough, IMHO.

I see where this is intentional, but maybe make the opening sound even more different, to enforce the effect.
