Too Much - Acoustic

So it seems like it has been a while since I sat down and did some acoustic recording these days. And for some reason...just recording my guitar and voice....just that stripped down simplistic approach....seems to be where I really struggle when it comes to recording. (Perhaps because I don't get to fill in my inadequacies with a lot of bells and whistles...no place to hide anything with recordings like these)

In any case, here is an attempt at an 'intimate' recording. Here is the setup:

Marshall MXL 2003 Condenser Mic
Into a Blue Tube
Into my computer

Sonar 4
Timeworks EQ
Timeworks EQ
Sonitus Reverb
Ozone 3
And a few mike's hard berry to ease the process...

Too Much

(Edit - how about a link to the song?)

I'll be honest. Never careed to much for your stuff.

But this, this my man is awsome. The rawness of the recording jives perfectly with the tune.

    I'm going to download it.

    hi Lee

Great tune. Recording sounds very warm.
Production-wise, I'd make a slight cut at around 200Hz on the gtr to cut out the boom, but nothing else.
