Weird SONAR 5 clip drop-out behavior

Took an old project of mine and did the entire vocals with V-Vocal. There were different clips for verses and choruses. Sometimes when there are a couple measures or so of space between clips, the upcoming clip won't play. Just silence. This seems random behavior too, not always at same spots.

I figured out workarounds, to pull the end of one clip all the way out to the beginning of the next clip. Now every thing always plays. Same if you freeze or bounce all clips to one long one, everything plays.

Not sure if this is a V-Vocal thing or something else, but it just reared its head in the project I really tested V-Vocal out on.

On a side-note, I did some pretty good sounding harmonies with V-Vocal, just don't get too far away from the original pitch of the track. Sounded real good on some thirds.
