Idea: create a "Bad plugin version database"!

I just came up with this idea. What do you think about a database that lists bad plugin versions that hang Sonar? It should accept user submissions and it would include a list of plugin vendors and plugins and a note about the error and about a version that fixes the problem.

People with problems could check the database to see if any of their plugins are listed, and it would thus speed up the troubleshooting!

Unfortunately, I don't have the technical knowledge to create something like this, but hopefully this could inspire someone else... Maybe even the Cakewalk knowledge base could be used for this?
