How do I go to " What u hear " to try to see if the sound card is the problem

    it depends on the sound card, for most you need to click on the speaker icon in the system tray of the computer (right hand corner of the screen) and lok for a feature that lets it record the inputs as well as the playback device

    If you can't find the speaker icon, you may have to look around in Start\Programs and see if your soundcard has programs or utilities there. Soundblaster, for example, has utilities under 'Creative'.
