Clocks that change mixes

I was using a my ROland vm7200 for my master clock. Now im using a Aardvark ardsync 2. AS the clock and it seems that my system sounds somewhat more reveling. and the sterero spead seems more. But dam it is harder to mix. before i made slight decent mixes. NOw they are just hard to do. Anyone have this probelm?

There have been many reviews over the last years, which confirmed that there can be huge differences in the sound & resolution of converters, when using different clocks. That´s the reason, why many pro studios use clock generators as apogee´s big ben or the rosendahl nanosync. In your case, does the change mean you don´t use the roland any more & mix exclusively in the box ?
