scrolling problem in Sonar4

hey guys.......it's been awhile, how have you been? anyways, i've gotta a weird problem, i was recording with sonar4 earlier today with no problems, i just now fired everything back up again. now, the curser thing that follows the waveforms as you play the track, sorry i don't know what it is called, it's the thing that scrolls along as the track plays. it has stopped scrolling?? so when i play a project and it reaches the end of the window, it still plays but the screen doesn't go to the next part of the track..........any ideas??

    Press the Scroll Lock key on your QWERTY keyboard.


    That's likely what is wrong, but not always. I have this problem from time to time, it's pretty random and the scroll lock setting is not what's wrong.
