Trying again...Sonar 3x Midi notes playback/record jittery...

As I asked in a previous post, playback and recording of MIDI note jittery, that is, there are pauses. I just updated drivers (Midisport 4/4) to no avail. The problem exists before and after driver update. Any got any experience/solutions?
