(newbie) scribing note bends

Hi,

I'm new to sonar 5 and want to document some transcribed guitar music using the staff view. I didn't get far before I had to enter a note bend. I've scoured the manual but can't see how to do this. I know the view is a representation of underlying midi data, and that midi would use pitch wheel events to indicate the bend. Is there a way of entering a note bend by computer keyboard/mouse?
