M-Audio mixer

Anyone have an opinion about the M audio MiXim10 mixer? I can get one used for $90, just wondering if it's worth the extra $$$ over a new Behringer, like the 1002 or 1202?

Use; miking acoustic.

    I hate to say this but I would go for the Behringer.
