Firewire Video Capture Card for Sonar

I just ordered a Pinnacle USB HD video capture device only to find that Sonar only works with firewire devices. Can anyone recommend a firewire video capture card for use with syncing with video in sonar?

    Any firewire to analog video device will work. Sonar doesn't do capture or editing so get one that works with your video software if you plan to do any of that. Sonar can only play back video so you can do a score for it. The cheapest one I've found is the ADS Pyro AV Link. It's about $129 most places now. If you have a digital camcorder with firewire pass through you can use that also. My Sony digital 8 camcorder works like that.
