Cakewalk sent Demension Pro with no Serial number attached
 Cakewalk just shipped my Demension Pro with no Serial number attached. What the F$@# is up with that? I guess I should have purchased IK multi media Sample tank after all.

Yeah you're supposed to email them for it. Doesn't it say in the documentation soemwhere?

Yeah, they sent me an email right after I bought it. If you dont have it, try contacting tech support, I'm sure they'll work with you.

Yea the same thing happened to me. aol bounced back the password and I had to call and get it

By any chance are you copying & pasting it. W/my msn acct the only way to save the e-mail to my hard drive is to copy into Word or Notepad. Sometimes when I would use Notepad it would screw up the zeros and the letter O which would screw the whole serial #.
Just a thought........HTH.

I called and got mine over the phone. Was worth the wait but. It was a surprise in that I didn't know I had to. But it works, works very well thank you. And if that's a hassel I'll take it anyday over an Ilock or pace. Any copy protection that's completely invisable to the customer is better than having to reauthorise everything after a crash. That's why Cakewalk is my go to app. If I upgrade my DAW I don't have to take a day off from work and email everybody and wait and phone and wait some more.

 Solution: Apparently, Cakewalk had sent the email with both the registration code and serial number attached... Demension Pro is a pretty nice addition, still haven't gone through all the sounds yet.
