V-Samper running Akai format

I got V-Sampler loaded with an Akai disk. Everything works fine except I can't, (using my keyboard contoller), get the VSampler to be in sync with the tempo of the song, unless I bounce to track and groove clip.
Can I get V-Sampler to to adapt to the tempo of the song without bouncing?
