Dimension Pro Level output?
Is there a unified level output for Dimension Pro?
When running it as a VST under Tracktion DP gets drowned out by the other VST's. Any pointers, thanks.

Depending on what type of instrument your running in D Pro the sound might need a little room. Lower the other VST's. the mixer section along the bottom is of course is the output to track. And yes you could add compression to D Pro for a boost in presence.

Compression from within DPro or as a separate filter?
Oh well, one way or another I'll work it out. Pity Vanguard and Absynth are so dominant, have to wrest them right back.

Weird, for me, in Sonar 3, DimPro is the loudest out of the box

If you are fortunate enouigh to have Sonar the Sonitus compressor will bring the level up. But be careful. See synths like absynth, and vangard or any VA add/sub have mucho high out put. Not unlike the Pentagon and z3ta as well. You need to tame these down to work with acoustic sets in Dimension. Otherwise you just over power the sample sets and it will get lost in a mix.

Yeap, thanks for the replies. I'm using Tracktion which also comes with a compressor/limiter. I'm also learning to scale back the synth VST's.
Having a ball with DP. :)
