Everyone needs a Little Phatty now & again. I wonder if there's going to be any long-term health problems when this grows up into becoming a Voyager.

Honestly: no. I'm a native Yankee (Get a rope!), but I've been traveling or settled in the Deep South for decades. There's an excuse for a country music showcase here locally called the Chili Cookoff. Lots of chili; never seen a Wolf Brand.

At this point, I'm afraid to even look.

"Well, partner, that is too long!" Use to be the tag line for Wolf Brand Chili on TV.

I wonder how much the LF sounds like a mini-moog? Or a Voyager for you newbies? It certainly looks cool, in a less knobly way. And there is, of course, the controller inputs.

    No, no.

the official food of Texas (other than Tex-Mex) is javelina chili, not that canned stuff. If you don't have a gun (you don't!?), then you have to wait by the roadside for B-Rocks overnight delivery guy to kill one for you. Armadillo will do in a pinch.

I had my doubts about Wolf Brand when it showed up in the gourmet food section at Amazon. Hmm ... wild boar? I'll bet it's Phat.
I've got some in the freezer that I need to use up before hurricane season. Anyone have a good javelina recipe?

armadillo chili? little fellows use to scare the crap out of me when i would walk up on them in the south florida woodlands we didn't have them where i grew up. for such a small thing when they break for a run when you get right up on them they make a lot of racket. any way they are about 90% lung. temp day job at the local veterinarian hospital up on bird road. so i'm not sure where the meat would be.

My favorite armidillos are the ones in Bela's Dracula. Down in his castle basement they have some scurrying around the caskets. No wonder they scare you! The young'ens are pretty cute, but they are ugly when they get older.
