Natural Progression after Kinetic?

So what is the next recommended software after Kinetic? Is Project 5 still being made? Or straight to Sonar?

Thanks beatmasters.

P5 has the advantage that you can export Kinetic patterns and songs to be used in P5. However, they have different workflows and different tools available. It's a matter of taste. Try the demos and see which one you prefer.

Also you may not need to go to Sonar straight away. There's a lot you can do with Home Studio or even Music Creator 3. The upgrade path for legit users is quite reasonable.
