Using SONAR 5 with Yamaha S90 ES

How do I set up the Yamaha S90 ES and SONAR 5? I would like to be able to move through each track and hear the patch I have selected for that track. I have already downloaded the 'ins' file.

    Do you know what to do with the .ins file? if not I'll talk you through it, otherwise I'll explain the rest.
