Control Surface

I am running Sonar P3 .. I have a Roland VS-840gx Digital Studio Workstation..

I am wondering if anyone out there has this particular piece of gear and has had success in using it as a control surface for Sonar.. I know it can be done.. But I am having trouble getting Sonar to see it.. I tried Roland's forum but I get dead air... any help would be appreciated... Thanks...C

    I have a Roland VS-840gx digital studio workstatiion and am running sonar X1 and am wondering if it can be used as a control surface.  casper13, did you ever have any luck getting it to work with P3? Anybody know if these will work together?
