MC3 Connections

I have a mpc 2000 xl a PK6 a beringer analog mixer and i need to know the connections.

    I am a little foggy on what you want as i do not recognize some of that. What is mpc2000?

    If you want to connect a mixer to a sound card it goes like this, line out from the computer to tape in on the mixer, main out on the mixer to line in on the computer, then depress the to control room button, attach computer speakers to the control room output and headphones to the HP out both on the mixer.

    I'd Seize the day but i can't quite reach it!

    He's got some seriously expensive equipment and wants to know how to connect it up.

    My advice would be to ask the person you bought it from about getting the manuals, or maybe contacting the manufacturer for them before trying to continue.

    The Akai will connect via midi cables, to teh sound card, the mixer with audio cable to the same sound card.

    Hey Robo. What type of soundcard do you suggest i get with the mc3 software?

    That depends on the system you have, and the type of music you make , whether you have a band, ot just a solo effort. what kind of music, all this really matters as to what kind of sound card, also how serious are you, what is your budget? fill in these questions and i will give some thoughts on the matter.
