Dimension Pro Strings and pitch wheel

When using MIDI Wheel envelopes in SONAR, why is it that the tails of string notes go into the next node?

Say I'm bending a note down. The note ends. I have a node that returns the bend to zero well after the end of the note and well before the beginning of the next note, but I hear a glitch of the first note trying to return to zero even though the note is supposed to have ended before the zero node.

See what I mean, I hope?

I thought maybe it had to do with reverb being on in the Dimension Pro element itself, but no, there is no reverb.

Can anyone help?

I can give an audio example it need be.

Hardware:
Intel Duo Quad 2.8 each, 4GB RAM
Delta 1010LT, GE-Force FX8200
Software:
Sonar X2a, BFD Drum Module XFL
Dimension Pro, Native Instruments B4 II
Native Instruments Guitar Rig 3, Sound Forge 9.0

When the note ends, the Strings sound won't be cutted abruptly. They will go thru what is called 'Release Stage', simulating the real transition of the sound from the moment it stops having an excitation, to zero.

You can adjust this time by using the Amplitude Envelope Generator, shortening the segments after sustain point (the orange line which goes down). The realism of most sounds suffer, but depending on the mix conditions it might work.

If shortening the release stage still leaves a glitch or sounds unnatural a simple workaround involves inserting another DimensionPro with the same patch/sound (no additional memory used here) and altenating the instance used. Thus allowing the sound to die away naturally before retriggering the sound for the next note. Avoiding the glitch and the unnatural release. of the string sound.
