Any special deals on Rapture for UK??

Hi

Are there any special deals on Rapture for the UK? I see it on the Cakewalk website at £169 but can get it in Digital Village in the UK for £139. Anything I'm missing about offers (I havenever received any e-mails from Cakewalk).

    Nope...nothing yet. I've waited all this time, so I will keep waiting until they offer it for $150 or less...hopefully they will offer a download only purchase at some point too.

    You might want to rethink not getting Rapture if you don't have a good analog softsynth and need one. The new soundset has greatly expanded the analog role of Rapture. The possiblity was there before, but now there are a lot more starting points for programming.

    I have Albino 3, Blue, Minimonsta and Imposcar, so I'm pretty much okay on that front for the time being

    I would like to get Rapture, but not at £140...it's just too much when compared to what I paid for most of my other synths. It's not a 'must buy' for me, more of a 'buy it if it's a nice price' type situation

    Good! Like I said, if you weren't covered. Hopefully Cake will drop the price a little at some point. With Dimpro and Rapt all your basic synth needs are covered - maybe they will do a double sale.
