Anybody getting emails when a post is replied to?
According to my preferences on the forums here I should be getting an email whenever someone replies to a thread that I have posted to. I used to some months ago, but have not as of late. Is anyone else getting or NOT GETTING notification emails?

come to think of it, I didn't get an email last time I posted and checked the "notify me via e-mail etc.

Usually these come through OK, but today, no emails, though there have been several posts to threads I am subscribed to.

All of a sudden, I got eight of them an hour or so ago. It was just kids sniping about bit-depth and sample rates

Once again, nothing here, although I DID get the email titled:
"Unbeatable deal on Project5 & Dimension Pro only $198"
But no emails regarding replies to posts on the forums here. If one set of emails gets through, shouldn't the others? Does anyone know if they come from the same internet domain? Or different ones? If different domains, I wonder if my isp considers one spam but not the other, which is weird considering the target audience for emails about forum replies is smaller than that for company-wide emails.

It's not the same thing. Make sure "Notify me whenever a message is posted" is checked under My Profile | My Preference | Subscription Preference | Thread Subscription Preference".

Susan: Just checked and I DO have checked the "Notify me whenever a message is posted" radio button. This whole email thing (I've been following the other thread) is ridiculous and really needs to be sorted out by someone who knows what they are doing.
