Sonar loading files into RAM!!

Hey i'm pretty sure this is a topic that has been discussed many times here, but I keep forgetting the solution to it! I just recently formatted my system and reinstalled everything and now i'm trying to work on a project in Sonar 4 (yeah i need to upgrade) and its loading everything into my RAM again! ARGH

That means a few files and its taking up 500mb of RAM. I have read and write caching disabled but I can't get it to just read files from my hard drive. I know I've had this problem before and it's easilly fixed with some stupid setting.

    it's only loading samples and loops into RAM.
    So freeze your synths and bounce your loops to clips.
