Not Hardware but a Antaes Mic Modeler

Well this plug-in might hopefully fulfill my dreams. The Antaes Mic Modeler has been circling around reviews that I have read threw recommanded citizens of Cakewalk forms. I have an acoutic problem and now I am pushed back to act on solving the issue with foams due to my apartment regulations. Now I am wondering what mic to own. Then I run into this Antaes Mic Modeler which acts as mics that are "beasting" over the one I own (The MXL 990) Can this plug-in solve the problems that I occur with vocals with acoutic echo problems?
