Exporting "saved" performances from a keyboard to a computer via floppy

Greetings,

I'm a new Cakewalk user and have just bought the Sonar Home Studio 4. I'm a newbie as far as PC recording is concerned! For years I have been recording with my faithful Roland XP-60, saving the performances on the included floppy drive, sending these performances via the Direct Out one track at a time to a multitrack digital console, and then adding live instruments as needed to the console.
My question is this: is it possible to load the floppy into my PC and have Sonar "translate" the information into MIDI tracks? The saved files from the Roland is SVQ. or MIDI, but I usually save to SVQ as the included MIDI instruments on my keyboard are not much compared to the regular ones(I have also added 3 expansion cards). If this possibility exists, it would save soooo much time and un-needed conversions. Thanks in advance!
