Rapture - MIDI learn per instance (possible?)

Perhaps there is something I can do to enable this, but I'm not sure how - or, if it's even possible.

Is there a way to have MIDI learn for the Rapture controls on a per instance level? In other words, if I have two projects (or two Rapture instances within the same project) and I set my MIDI controller knobs up with Rapture using MIDI learn differently in each project, it really screws up one of the projects.

I know. I know. I should use the same configuration for everything. I mean to, but sometimes I just grab a random knob to control a Rapture knob.

I was just wondering if there was a way around this.

MIDI Learn is intended to be for Global-type assignments, so when you assign a knob it will work for all subsequent instances. For Local-type assignments (per-patch, per-instance), you can use the Modulation Matrix. Not every parameter is there (a matter of resources), but most are.

Another alternative is using MIDI Learn in your host.
