Dimension Pro Serial number and Reg Code

Hello!
Before reading this, please understand I've done everything I could to get my serial number and reg code except call the toll-number for Canadian residents.

What happened was I bought Music Creator 3 in order to get the great upgrade price for Sonar 5. I was sent Dim Pro instead. I emailed Cakewalk, to which they said keep the product and count myself lucky. I did, but now I don't have a serial number or registration code. The DVD case has no serial # on the label, which I'm assuming it was supposed to.

Can anyone here help me? Cakewalk won't return any of my emails or PM's to the forum admins here.

    I called, got the numbers and loaded up. Since this was a mistake you might not get the email with the numbers.

    Yea, i think calling is going to have to happen.
    I just don't want to pay $20 in long distance charges.

    Interesting... I recall that Cake accidentally sent me Home Studio instead of Music Creator when I first started. They told me to keep it too. That was nice - made upgrading to Sonar a bit cheaper. But in my case, I'm pretty sure the serial was in the box. (Hmm... a box of serial?)
