If you want, you can search all of your postings, only 45 so far. Click 'search' above and enter your screen name as the author, and select 'topics and replies'. If someone helped you in those postings, you can re-read what it was that helped. Greg

I think we say look back, becuase you said you solved it before.

And its the little details that solve the problem - question.

Yes, if the person who helped you before is on vacation, or just too busy in real life to help you again, and I'm not that person, I can give you a way to help yourself, unless you want ME to read all your previous posts for you to find your solution. I don't have that sound card, or that program, or enough brain cells left to remember what someone else wrote a month ago. Be patient, try different things, look at your previous posts. If you fixed the problem once, you can do it again. Greg

Todd....buddy....you're sounding a little like the tike you have as your avatar might!

Let's get a grip here and try to keep from alienating folks that have a lot of good advice and think about what they're saying. I read thru your posts from June and can't find anything about lag other than the one that millerbill referenced. So....if you need some help, then just say that you can't solve the problem now and as millerbill stated above, we'll need some details here to help out. the old post didn't say anything about specifics, nor did it say that you ever solved it or how, so we don't know how you solved it in June, either.

Tell us exactly what's going on - why you say you're getting lag, how your system is setup - external hardware, soundcard, computer hardware, etc and we'll try to help if we can.

Temper tantrums, however, really have never gotten anywhere with me, and from the looks of it, not with others on this forum, either.

haha, your funny beagle....i dont know what kinda soundcard i got and stuff but i know that theres nothing wrong with my hardware, because it went away before. im running a YAMAHA mw10 to my computer via usb and in the control panel and everything, i have all the internal external sound devices set on usb...so now that i have the mixer running, and able to record, the quality sucks. first off. I rebooted my computer. and i didnt change any of the levels on the mixer, and i had cakewalk levels fairly high. i could barely even hear anything at all. second off, it records fine, but the playback is slower....and it seems to be right at the very beginning...but as it goes on, it seems to slow down and slow down further along the track.
