tempo changes for an entire project?

can anyone help me out?

    i can't seem to change the tempo for all tracks and clips in those tracks...everytime i try to, the tempo gradually finds its way back to the original tempo.

    How are you trying to change the tempo? Are you going to 'insert>tempo change' in order to change the tempo at different places in the song? Or do you want to change the tempo of the entire song? Greg
