Provide detailed information about your sound card, computer, and your settings inside of sonar and you might get some responses.

Same here, I have a latency issue where my Sonar synths or vst synths I purchased play and record just a tad late. My Soundcard is an Emu 1820M. My PC is windows XP with a Dual 1.8Ghz Opty 2Gig Ram.

Honestly, I just recently began diving deeper into SOnar and don't even have a clue where there is a latency menu in Sonar.
