Yeah , my dog is the love of my life....
She's my best buddy,
Don't seem to be into guitar much,
Sure Love's the Harmonica ..... food treats , chasing squirels, and slepping through my music sessions..

I play a "Gibson " R 8 Les Paul Cherry Sunburst .

Okay, kenny and the rest of you Telecaster advocates:

You Got Me.... ROTFL.

Glad I could get a chuckle out of you.

Don't get me wrong. I love Fenders. I've been telling myself for twenty years to get one. They have a distinct sound and a unique feel that can't be duplicated. My brother got the bottom of the line Strat, a Squier model, and even that is a marvel to play, never goes out of tune. I love it.

Just thought I'd mention that there's a video playing at YouTube of Roy performing, "The Messiah Will Come Again" that's great! It looks like its from around 1980 or so. Pay no attention to the first minute or so until he gets done mumbling the words (kind of a poem that he would have been better off having left out if he wasn't going to do any better than he did) but after that it takes off.

This is the way a tele is SUPPOSED to sound. He always got the best tele tone I ever heard. Incredibly thick and deep. You can tell its a 15" speaker, though I'm not sure its his old Vibrolux; I can't tell what it is, maybe a beefed up Twin.

There's also a clip of him playing an amazing solo that contains part of the solo in "I'm Evil" here: Roy's Solo.

I've got a layover in Chicago on Friday. Glen Kaiser's going to meet me at the airport about some things so I'll leave it with him since you'll be seeing him soon.

Rez band Glen?
you hang out with him?
sweet!
What's he doing now musically?
just wondering.
had all their albums when I was a kid.
